Before any new faculty member may be hired and assigned to a vacant position; the following steps must be followed:
- An application is submitted online to be reviewed for qualifications and suitability.
- An interview will take place with the direct supervisor for the position.
- If the direct supervisor reports to the Headmaster, a second interview will take place with the Headmaster
- ALTERNATIVELY: It is also acceptable for a single interview to take place with both the direct supervisor AND the Headmaster.
- A Child Protection Index Search shall be completed on the applicant
- A Fingerprinting Search shall be completed by the applicant
- If certain credentials are required for the position, they will be verified at this time by the HEadmaster
- Applicant will submit themselves for a Drug Screening Analysis
- Applicant will submit their I-9 certification documents and complete the onboarding process
- Within 2 weeks of the applicants start date the Headmaster will schedule an individual meeting to check on the applicant
